JACKSON'S ORCHARD

Just follow the Kentucky Tourism Brown Signs from 68/80 at Russellville Rd; at Veterans Memorial Ln; and at Kentucky St;
Also from W 6th St. Follow 185 to the large Jackson’s Orchard signs at Slim Island Rd and to our entrance.
Jackson’s Orchard is a 105 acre farm located on an elevation of 770 feet (one of the highest points in Warren County, Kentucky.) Thanks, in part to the elevation, this land has been an orchard for over 100 years.
In 1966, Bill and Shirley Jackson bought the land from Mr. & Mrs. Ed Hudgens. A tree planting program that began a few short years later in 1969 continues to today, The Orchard currently has over 7,000 trees in apples, peaches and cherries.

We are Currently CLOSED for the 2017 Season

We’re open from mid-April through Mid-November. Our seasonal hours are Mon-Sat 8am-6pm, during September & October we are also open from 1pm-6pm on Sundays.
During the winter and early spring months the farm requires lots of maintenance. In addition to the general upkeep & repairs from the previous season; we must prune each of our 7,000+ trees. In the spring as the trees bloom and the fruit begins to grow, we then go through a series of hand thinnings on each tree. All to get ready to give you that wonderful Jackson’s Orchard fruit that you know and love!
